Orders
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Elo, UnionPay, Apply Pay, PayPal, and Google Pay. Payment must be successfully completed before we can process your order.
Can I modify my order?
After an order has been placed, we cannot modify the items in the order. We can only cancel the order in its entirety. To cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible at hello@glasshaus.com and include your order number in the subject line. Please note that if the order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel your order.
What is the status of my order?
Orders typically ship out within 1-3 business days for in-stock items. Once shipped, they can take up to 4-5 business days to arrive for domestic orders and 9-16 days to arrive for international orders.
Check the status of your order via the tracking link provided in your shipping email.
If your order contains a pre-order item, please refer to the “ship by” date listed in the product description. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, items will ship together once all items are ready. You will receive a shipping notification once your order has shipped.
I didn't get a confirmation email. Now what?
Email us at hello@glasshaus.com. It’s possible your payment was not successfully processed, one of the items in your cart is out of stock, or there was an issue with your email address.

Where do you ship?
Glasshaus ships worldwide to 100+ countries. If shipping is unavailable to your destination at checkout, please contact us at hello@glasshaus.com and we’ll see what we can do.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping varies and is calculated at checkout.
I messed up my address! Can I fix it?
Email us as soon as possible at hello@glasshaus.com with your order number and the correct address. We can update your address as long as your order hasn’t already shipped. Unfortunately, once your order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.
My order says it's been delivered, but I haven't received anything. What should I do?
Glasshaus is not responsible for items that are lost or stolen, but email us at hello@glasshaus.com and we will try to help you figure it out. Please include your order number in the subject line.
Returns & Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
We can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t already shipped. If you would like to make a change, please email us as soon as possible at hello@glasshaus.com and include your order number in the subject line.
Can I exchange my order?
Exchanges can be made within 30 days of placing your order and so long as your item remains unopened and unworn. Please note: you will be responsible for return shipping of your original item for exchange, as well as the new product’s shipping. Please understand that our items are limited and we may not have your desired size. We cannot exchange one item for a different item. Email hello@glasshaus.com and include your order number and the size you would like.
Can I return my order?
We do not accept returns. If you have an issue, please email us at hello@glasshaus.com within 30 days of placing your order and we will try our best to find a solution. Please include your order number in the subject line.
How long does the refund take to process?
It usually takes 5 to 10 business days for a refund to be credited back to your account. We can only issue a refund to the original payment method.

Gift Cards
Do you offer physical gift cards?
We offer digital gift cards only. Glasshaus gift cards can only be redeemed at shop.glasshaus.com.
How do I receive a digital gift card?
You’ll receive a separate email in addition to your order confirmation email. That separate email will contain your digital gift card and details on how to redeem it. Both of these emails will be delivered to the email address you used to place your order.
How do I check the balance of my gift card?
Please email us at hello@glasshaus.com and include your gift card code and we can check your balance.
How do I redeem my gift card?
Enter your gift card code in the discount code area at checkout. Glasshaus gift cards can only be redeemed at shop.glasshaus.com.
My gift card code is giving me an error. What should I do?
Please email us at hello@glasshaus.com and include your gift card code and we will assist you. Note: discounts cannot be applied to gift card orders.
Can I reload a gift card?
No, unfortunately gift cards cannot be reloaded. You’ll have to order a new card.
Can I cancel my gift card order?
No, unfortunately gift cards cannot be canceled or refunded.
